How Can I get Started?

Where are you located?
Viribus Wellness & Counseling is located in Worthington, OH. In some circumstances, Telehealth counseling appointments are available.
Do you accept insurance?
After careful consideration, No, I do not accept insurance for counseling or other services.
The best care to you can be offered when decisions are made between the client and the counselor, not a third party insurance company that requires diagnosis and determines plan and time for treatment.
All of my services are private pay - with a credit card, FSA, and HSA. I can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I partner with Mentaya, which allows you to automatically file and get reimbursed for out of network therapy fees. More information and registration here.
What are your fees?
Initial Intake Appointment and Plan Review (60 minutes). $200
Ongoing Counseling Appointment (50-60 minutes). $150
Family Counseling Appointment (50-60 minutes). $150
As a part of the No Surprises Act, you may obtain a good faith estimate of charges upon request prior to scheduling. More information can be found here.
What is your
cancellation policy?
Viribus Wellness and Counseling has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Other clients waiting for an appointment can fill the space for cancelled appointments if adequate time is allowed. Thus, credit card will be charged for full-fee for no show or late cancellations. If you want to keep your appointment, but are unable to come into the office, a Telehealth appointment may be scheduled for you.
